友邦保险(01299.HK)年度营运溢利上升9%至57.41亿美元 末期息93.3港仙
格隆汇3月12日丨友邦保险(01299.HK)发布截至2019年12月31日止年度业绩，该年度新业务价值增长6%至41.54亿美元，不计入香港业务的新业务价值增长16%；年化新保费增加2%至65.85亿美元，新业务价值利润率上升3.0个百分点至62.9%。税后营运溢利上升9%至57.41亿美元，内涵价值营运溢利增加6%至86.85亿美元，内涵价值营运回报为15.9%。末期股息增加10%至每股93.30港仙，全年股息总额为每股1.266港元，上升11%（不包括2018年的特别股息）。
期间内涵价值权益为639亿美元，内涵价值为620亿美元，两者均上升12%。期内产生的基本自由盈余上升13%至55.01亿美元，自由盈余增加至149亿美元，汇款净额为37亿美元。在计入收购澳洲The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited (CMLA)的影响后，AIACo.按香港保险业条例基准计算的偿付能力充足率保持强劲，达362%。
友邦保险集团首席执行官兼总裁黄经辉(Ng Keng Hooi)表示：尽管经营环境充满挑战，友邦保险仍于2019年取得稳健的表现，各主要财务指标均持续增长。主要新业务价值增长6%，乃基于上半年非常强劲的增长，但下半年表现受到香港社会动荡的严重影响。不计入香港业务，新业务价值取得16%的强劲增长。税后营运溢利上升9%，期内产生的基本自由盈余增加13%，而内涵价值权益也增加了12%。
公司在中国内地全资拥有的业务再度取得非常强劲的表现，新业务价值增长27%。此外，其很高兴中国内地业务的税后营运溢利首次超越10亿美元，引证公司业务具吸引力的财务增长动力。随着去年年底中国内地宣布进一步向外资开放寿险市场，公司已就改建上海分公司为子公司事项提交监管批准申请。如获得监管批复，这将为公司在中国内地把业务拓展至其他区域奠定新的基础，而这方面的工作始于公司于2019年内在天津市和河北省石家庄市开设营销服务部。
