“服裝標籤第一股”常達控股(1433.HK)預計超購80倍
格隆匯3月3日丨常達控股(1433.HK)於2月28日至3月4日公開招股,擬發售5億股,其中香港發售佔10%,國際配售佔90%,預計3月12日上市。招股進入第三日,綜合多間劵商顯示,目前公開發售部分暫錄得超過7.7億孖展,已超購逾50倍,預計超購可達80倍。根據弗若斯特沙利文報告,常達控股於2018年為中國的服裝卷標及裝飾產品市場排名第五。根據過往記錄,公司有超過70%的收益產生自銷售吊牌及織嘜,且收益來自於40多個國家和地區,主要為香港、中國、孟加拉國、越南及美國。常達控股計劃佈局全球網絡,招股書顯示,公司將計劃利用所募資金的82.3%(約6880萬港元)用於擴充在孟加拉國的生產設施及提升產能,以及購買新印刷機器提升生產力。數據顯示,孟加拉國於2016-2018年錄得逾45%同比增長的收益,預計將成為公司的主要收入來源之一。
