恒华科技(300365.SZ)：新型冠状病毒疫情未对公司生产经营产生重大影响
格隆汇2月4日丨恒华科技(300365.SZ)公布，新型冠状病毒疫情爆发以来，全国多个省市启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应。公司全力贯彻落实各级政府关于做好疫情防控工作的指示精神，全面落实疫情防控的各项措施，积极履行疫情防控的社会责任。
1、公司积极加强内部管理，以保障员工身体健康为首要工作，及时成立疫情应对紧急工作组，制定并下发关于春节假期员工休假、生活、返岗、做好疫情防控工作等相关通知；通过自行研发的网上办公系统“遥知”加强对员工的管理，紧急添加员工体温监测功能模块、春节返乡员工登记功能模块，随时了解员工的健康情况；截至公告提交披露日，公司及控股子公司全体员工均未发现新型冠状病毒确诊或疑似病例。
2、公司国内主要经营主体位于北京、上海和成都等地，业务收入主要集中于华北、华东和西南区域。截至公告提交披露日，此次疫情对公司正常经营活动仅造成短期、暂时性影响，主要为员工复工时间较往年有所延迟、部分项目开工时间略有推迟、线下营销服务因交通不便暂时受阻等影响因素。同时，公司当前客户主要为电网公司及其下属企业，主营业务收入在会计年度内的分布受到电网公司内部投资审批决策、管理流程及惯例的影响，具有较强的季节性，公司一季度营业收入占全年的比重较低。综上，预计此次疫情对公司一季度的经营业绩造成一定影响，对公司全年经营业绩影响较小。
3、公司作为一家服务于电力行业的信息化公司，积极依托自身产品和技术为疫情期间的保电工作贡献力量。公司自主研发的基于云平台的“在线设计院”产品能够实现多人、多专业异地在线协同设计和云端办公，实现居家防护和项目推进两不误，确保紧急的电力设计任务能按时交付成果。同时，公司设计、基建管理、配售电三大系列云产品持续为客户提供云上服务。为了减少疫情对公司业务的影响，公司经营管理层紧急制定相关工作预案，合理安排疫情期间工作，产品的研发和线上推广不受影响，疫情过后公司将加快项目的执行和订单的交付，以保障全年经营目标的实现。截至公告提交披露日，公司在手订单较为充足，主要订单的执行和交付未因此次疫情受到明显影响。
