斯莱克(300382.SZ):2019年净利预降10%-40%
格隆汇2月3日丨斯莱克(300382.SZ)披露2019年年度业绩预告,公司预计2019年1-12月实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润8226.27万元-1.23亿元,同比下降40%-10%。
公司2019年度业绩与上年同期相比下降较多,业绩变动主要原因是:
1、公司对应收账款和存货计提的减值损失增加。其中白城江鼎光伏电站应收的国家电费补贴均未按预计收到,已按财务制度计提坏账。
2、母公司的销售收入与上年同期相比略有下降,毛利率与上年同期相比略有下降。
3、财务费用和管理费用,与上年同期相比有较大幅度增加。
此外,公司预计非经常性损益约为1042.31万元,对净利润的影响金额约为885.96万元。非经常性损益对净利润的影响与去年相比增加约为411.55万元。
