溢多利(300381.SZ):2019年净利预增5%-15%
格隆汇1月20日丨溢多利(300381.SZ)披露2019年年度业绩预告,公司预计2019年1-12月实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.19亿元-1.31亿元,同比增长5%-15%。业绩变动原因说明:
1、报告期内,公司没有发生商誉减值损失,资产减值损失较上年同期相比大幅下降;
2、报告期内,公司饲用酶板块加大市场推广力度,推动新产品销售,营业收入取得较大增幅,同时老产品成本有所下降,盈利增长;
3、报告期内,公司2018年底收购的长沙世唯科技有限公司业绩并入上市公司合并报表;
4、报告期内,公司合理使用资金,提升资金使用效率,财务费用减少。报告期内,非经常性损益对归属于上市公司股东的净利润贡献金额预计为3100万元。
