格隆汇1月3日丨报喜鸟(002154.SZ)公布,公司董事吴利亚、副总经理兼董事会秘书谢海静、副总经理张袖元因个人资金需求,拟通过集中竞价交易或大宗交易的方式减持其持有的部分公司股份。
此次拟减持股份将不超过265.3666万股,占公司总股本的0.2179%,减持期间为自公告之日起十五个交易日后的六个月内,即2020年2月3日至2020年8月2日止(窗口期不得减持)。
