新元科技(300472.SZ)子公司签署福泉市大数据应用中心项目建设合同 项目总投资3.03亿元
格隆汇12月31日丨新元科技(300472.SZ)公布，近日，公司子公司清投智能(北京)科技有限公司(“清投智能”或“乙方”)与贵州省广播电视信息网络股份有限公司福泉市分公司(“甲方”)签署了《福泉市大数据应用中心项目建设合同》，该项目总投资估算3.03亿元。
项目名称：福泉市大数据应用中心建设项目；项目地点：福泉市人民广场；占地面积：约4亩；建筑面积：总建筑面积3799.09㎡(最终以审定施工图为准)。项目投资：总投资估算3.03亿元。其中包含：大数据应用中心基建、大数据应用信息化硬件和“智慧福泉”软件应用平台；总投资估算金额以项目造价预审价格为准，根据甲、乙双方签订的战略合作协议，最终投资金额以业主方委托的第三方审计价格为准。
投资内容：大数据应用中心基建、大数据应用信息化硬件和“智慧福泉”软件应用平台等(平台包括智慧党建、智慧扶贫、智慧城管、智慧交通等重点工程大数据应用)。建设工期：180日历天(如遇不可抗力，工期顺延)。
该项目总投资估算3.03亿元，因该项目整体收入约占公司2018年经审计的营业收入的56.56%。该项目的顺利完成将对公司2020年及以后年度的营业收入和营业利润产生积极影响，公司将根据合同要求以及收入确认原则在相应的会计期间确认收入和利润。
智慧福泉项目涵盖智慧党建、智慧扶贫、智慧城管、智慧交通等重点工程及大数据应用中心的建设。本着“统一规划、总体设计、统一集成、分步实施”的统筹思想，规划智慧福泉的大数据应用中心基建项目以及智慧福泉八大智慧应用系统，未来智慧福泉项目建设将实现福泉政府管理和社会治理模式的转变、政务决策科学话、促进城市治理向现代化、智能化的跨越式发展，未来也将助力公司全面布局智慧城市领域发展掀开新的篇章。
该项目的顺利实施，是在公司践行“人工智能+智慧城市”战略的又一重大突破，公司将在该项目的实施过程中，进一步整合子公司清投智能综合信息管理系统及大数据服务产业链，提升项目实施管理效率，通过打造“智慧+”的新型工业智能发展生态，坚持“纵深发展，精品战略”的发展思路，为客户提供更加完善的智能系统综合服务解决方案，为公司可持续健康发展注入新的动力，进一步提升公司的核心竞争力。
