格隆匯12月13日丨千盛集團控股(08475.HK)公佈,2019年12月13日,公司與配售代理訂立配售協議,公司擬以每股配售股份0.38港元配售最多4000萬股配售股份,佔公司現有已發行股本10%及經配發擴大已發行股本約9.09%。每股配售股份0.38港元較12月13日收市價每股0.43港元折讓約11.6%。
配售所得款項淨額估計約為1480萬港元,擬主要用於舊店的翻新及改建;加強資本投入,以發展及引進新品牌;及補充公司的一般營運資金。
