格隆汇9月30日丨中国外运(0598.HK)逆势涨3.35%,报2.47港元,暂成交1223.6万港元,总市值182.8亿;中国外运A股逆势涨2.88%,报4.29元。公司27日公告称,拟收购标的公司KLG Holding实际控制的7家物流业务公司,代价预计不高于3.8569亿欧元。标的公司拥有高密度且稳定的欧洲陆上运输网络,兼具零星混装及零担货运操作的独特模式。交易有助于公司提供全程端到端国际物流服务,带来更多商机,并与公司其他现有服务产生协同效益,符合公司及全体股东的利益。
