晶丰明源(688368.SH)披露招股意向书 拟发行不超1540万股
格隆汇9月16日丨晶丰明源(688368.SH)发布首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市招股意向书，拟公开发行股票不超过1540万股，不低于发行后总股本25%。此次发行全部为新股发行，原股东不公开发售股。广发证券为保荐人(主承销商)。
公司是国内领先的电源管理驱动类芯片设计企业之一，主营业务为电源管理驱动类芯片的研发与销售，公司产品包括LED照明驱动芯片、电机驱动芯片等电源管理驱动类芯片。
公司主营业务为电源管理驱动类芯片的研发与销售，主要产品包括通用LED照明驱动芯片和智能LED照明驱动芯片。报告期内通用LED照明驱动芯片是公司营业收入的主要来源，占主营业务收入的比例分别为83.23%、78.97%、75.63%和70.17%，毛利率分别为16.00%、17.75%、18.89%和18.05%；报告期内智能LED照明驱动芯片销售收入占主营业务收入的比例分别为13.94%、16.87%、16.31%和21.41%，毛利率分别为46.80%、40.49%、39.37%和38.61%。公司综合毛利率为20.31%、22.06%、23.21%和22.92%，综合毛利率相对较低。
报告期内，发行人智能LED照明驱动芯片毛利率虽然高于通用LED照明驱动芯片，但整体呈现下降趋势，主要原因系智能LED照明驱动芯片市场竞争逐步激烈。未来，如果智能LED照明驱动芯片产品毛利率进一步下滑，或因市场竞争原因导致智能LED照明产品销售占比下降，将可能导致公司综合毛利率水平下滑。
公司财务报告审计截止日为2019年6月30日。根据立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)出具的《审计报告》(信会师报字[2019]第ZA15228号)，公司2019年半年度主要经营情况与财务信息如下：截至2019年6月30日，公司资产总额约5.10亿元、负债总额约2.16亿元，归属于母公司股东权益约2.94亿元。2019年1-6月，公司实现的营业收入约4.11亿元，较2018年1-6月增长8.88%；扣除非经常性损益后的归属于母公司股东的净利润为4116.83万元，同比增长6.80%。
公司预计2019年1-9月可实现营业收入为6.18亿元至6.28亿元，同比增长7.74%至9.49%；2019年1-9月，公司可实现的毛利为1.43亿元至1.46亿元，同比增长7.98%至10.25%。公司预计2019年1-9月可实现净利润为7100万元至7220万元，同比增长6.11%至7.91%；预计2019年1-9月可实现扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司股东的净利润为6300万元至6500万元，同比增长为6.67%至10.06%。
