越秀房产信托基金(00405.HK)中期纯利升18.5%至7.31亿元
格隆汇8月2日丨越秀房产信托基金(00405.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,实现收入总额人民币10.00亿元,同比减少0.3%;物业收入净额人民币7.29亿元,同比增长0.3%;除税后及与基金单位持有人交易前的溢利人民币7.31亿元,同比增长18.5%;每个基金单位的基本盈利人民币0.2225元。拟中期分派每个基金单位约人民币0.1360元(折合约0.1546港元)。
2019年中期期间向基金单位持有人分派每个基金单位0.1546港元,按基金单位于2019年6月30日的收市价5.34港元计算的基金单位收益率约为2.90%。即按年计算的分派收益率为5.80%。
截至2019年6月30日,越秀房产基金之的物业组合共有八项,分别为位于广州的白马大厦、财富广场、城建大厦、维多利广场、广州国际金融中心、位于上海的越秀大厦、位于武汉的武汉越秀财富中心、星汇维港购物中心及若干停车位("武汉物业")及位于杭州的维多利商务中心单位和若干停车位("杭州维多利"),物业产权面积共约96.95万平方米,可供出租总面积为63.29万平方米,其中成熟型物业(国金中心、白马大厦、财富广场、城建大厦、维多利广场、越秀大厦)产权面积占70.3%,成长型物业(武汉物业、杭州维多利)产权面积占29.7%。
