香港航天科技(01725.HK)公布，衛星製造全資附屬Aspace向有限合夥基金Abridge Aerospace Hybrid Equity LPF發行9,800股新股，現金代價1.47億元。所得款項將用於建立香港衛星製造中心的資本要求以及一般營運資金。完成後，Aspace將由公司及認購方分別持股51%及49%。
